A versatile new range of Gas Detectors is now available from Coster Environmental Controls Ltd.
The RFG-65x Series of Gas Detectors has been purpose designed to enable cost-effective monitoring of safety conditions in boiler houses and plant rooms in hospitals, schools and industrial and commercial premises of all kinds.
The modular concept behind the new units makes it possible to build up a complete range of gas detection functions from the simplest alarm trigger to the transmission of status conditions to remote monitoring stations and control centres.
This ability to build on a modular basis also means that the RFG- 65x Series is ideal for all applications from small single-boiler plant rooms to large multi-boiler installations where gas leak detection, monitoring of incomplete combustion to avoid the risk of CO poisoning and blocked flue detection are all required.
Three models are available – RFG-651/2/3 – offering the user the choice of one, two or three zone detection functions. Multiple zone control permits a mixture of sensing heads to be employed, so that a single Coster RFG-653 unit can sense methane (NG) Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG) and Carbon Monoxide (CO) conditions.
