A prestigious £5.6 million refurbishment project in the heart of the City of London has been fitted with an air conditioning system from Integrated Control Systems (ICS).
Installed at the 28,279 sq ft Tokenhouse Yard development to provide air-conditioning for office accommodation from the basement to the sixth floor, the system comprises 92 ceiling and underfloor mounted fourpipe fan coil units, which serve a mixture of modular and perimeter linear diffusers.
A building management system controls all the fan coil units together with major plant in the basement and on the roof, which is served by a main motor control panel built by ICS. A central supervisor, equipped with modem, enables remote access to the site.
The project was a joint development between the Manhattan Loft Corporation and Ridgeford Properties Ltd.
