Seaward Electronic has introduced a new easy to use software package for the fast and accurate recording of electrical installation test and inspection data. As well as ensuring the accurate recording of all test records and site details, the new Windows-based PowerGuard Pro enables contractors to view and print out a complete range of documentation for all types of commercial and residential electrical installation work.
These include BS7671 16th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations and NAPIT certificates as well as standard format NICEIC reports and certificates. In addition, as well as electrical installation forms, PowerGuard can also provide BS5839 fire detection and alarm system certificates.
PowerGuard Pro has the facility to compile and print site survey forms and all documentation can be customised with the addition of company logos and scanned signatures
In all cases, the type of documentation required can be selected quickly and easily from the software’s comprehensive records base and once created can be emailed direct to customers as a PDF file.
A special mobile version of PowerGuard Pro also enables certificates to be completed on site.
