Stelrad, the market leading radiator manufacturer, has launched a new arm to its business, targeting commercial projects through major M&E consultants. Based at the company’s London office, it will be headed up by Business Director Garry Naughton, who is joined by Michael Perks and Trevor Smith.

The team will provide technical and aesthetic solutions for consultants looking to specify the best options for major commercial projects.

“With the latest market data reporting construction growing at its fastest rate for several months, we are well placed to meet the demands from the important commercial sector,” says Garry Naughton. “Because of our size in the market and our world class logistics operation, along with the range of products in our portfolio, we’re bringing strengths to this niche sector that no one else in the market can offer. We plan to work closely alongside the consultants, helping them to achieve the best outcomes for the projects they’re working on.”

The new specification team will target projects in the education, leisure, healthcare, retail and transport sectors. The team has a wide range of specification tools including BIM objects and a selection of high quality radiators on offer including decorative radiators and the Radical – the first serial feed radiator launched in the UK – offering up to 10.5% energy savings, independently verified by KIWA. The range also includes contemporary designs in horizontal and vertical models, and traditional designs such as the Oval Column range.

Benefits of working with Stelrad include the ability to deliver product individually labelled with its location within each project, for ease of identification and installation, along with delivery direct to site. Stelrad also offers CIBSE accredited CPD training to M&E Consultancy teams.
