Mitsubishi Electric has introduced a handy credit card-sized guide to its SMS Text Service to make on-site fault finding even easier for its customers.
The text service allows commissioning and maintenance engineers to text a fault code to Technical Services and immediately receive details of the type of fault and likely remedy for the City Multi, Mr Slim and M Series range of products.
“Although our products are amongst the easiest in the industry to install, air conditioning is now a high tech business and there is always lots to check and get right with any system to make sure it operates as effectively as possible,” explained Ian Parry, Business Development Manager for Mitsubishi Electric’s Air Conditioning Division.
“All engineers know the problems that can occur when you’re commissioning or maintaining a system and you always need quick technical support to help you solve problems when they happen.
“This handy card can be kept in a wallet to help our customers resolve the majority of problems without leaving the area, simply by making one quick text message.”
