CIAT UK Ltd of Byfleet, Surrey, and Ozonair Hydronic of Rochester, Kent, both owned by the CIAT Group, have been merged to form a new company, CIAT Ozonair Ltd, in one of a series of moves aimed at maximising the potential of the organisation.
The development brings the refrigeration products, close control units, fan coils and heat exchangers manufactured by CIAT together with the air handling units manufactured by Ozonair Hydronic. This enables the new company, based in Byfleet, to act as a single source, major supplier of integrated HVAC solutions, the wide range of products being mutually compatible and including products designed for specific markets, such as healthcare, leisure and commercial.

Roy Nutley has been appointed General Manager of CIAT Ozonair Ltd with John Barter as Contracts Manager. “Our long-term goal is to become a market leader in the UK,” says Roy. “To this end we have no shortage of resources. Group investment has already enabled us to increase our sales and support staff to provide an even better service to customers. There will be lots more to come.”
