IMG_3880After a period of sustained business growth, Apex Lifts is moving to new premises in Bexleyheath from January 12th, paving the way for exciting projects in the coming year.

Concluding a 16-year search, Apex Lifts’ administrative staff are relocating to new offices in the centre of Bexleyheath, a stone’s throw from central London. The company’s manufacturing facilities and Training Academy will remain at Apex House in Sidcup.

“I’ve been looking for the right property to house the Apex office for some time,” explains Managing Director, Warren Jenchner. “The aim was to find a larger space to accommodate our expanding team, with a great atmosphere to work in and visit.”

Named Art’s House, after Warren’s father and Apex founder Arthur Richard Thomas Jenchner, the three-storey, 12,800sq ft building, constructed in 1999, will be the new home for the Apex Lifts Service, Accounts, Call, Repairs, Sales and Construction teams.

“2015 is set to be an exciting year for Apex Lifts, so it’s the perfect time to move to a bigger office space,” says Warren Jenchner. “And while the offices are separate from our manufacturing facilities, we’re still keen to show off what we do at Apex, so we’re installing our own-brand ‘show lift’, complete with glass doors and LCD screen displaying our twitter feed.”
